Dae-hee Cho

Mr. Dae-Hee Cho is a seasoned global expert in fresh produce quality assurance and food safety, with over 30 years of professional experience spanning the entire spectrum of agricultural supply chains.
He currently serves as CEO of Verita Global and Treasurer of NSD ASi (Northern Asia-Pacific Division, Adventist-laymen’s Services & Industries), dedicated to advancing the network and mission work of Adventist business professionals.

Mr. Cho previously held the position of Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety for Del Monte Asia-Pacific (2017–2025) and Director of Quality Assurance & Technical Services for Del Monte Korea (2000–2017).
Throughout his career, he has led numerous international audits and certifications—including Global GAP, SQMS, GMP, and SWA human rights audits—ensuring rigorous quality and safety standards from farm production to final retail.

Holding a Ph.D. in Horticulture Bioscience from Pusan National University, along with master’s degrees in Horticulture Bioscience and Business Administration, and a bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Mr. Cho has also completed specialized training at UC Davis, Purdue University, and Cornell University.
Combining academic excellence with decades of field expertise, he is now focused on building globally trusted food safety and ethical distribution standards through his leadership at Verita Global.

조대희 대표이사는 30여 년간 신선 농산물(과일·채소) 품질관리와 식품안전 분야에서 전문성을 쌓아온 글로벌 식품 유통·품질관리 전문가입니다.
현재 베리타 글로벌(Verita Global) 대표이사이자, 북아시아태평양지회(NSD) ASi 재무로 활동하며, 재림교회 실업인 네트워크와 선교 사역의 발전을 위해 헌신하고 있습니다.

조 대표이사는 델몬트 아시아·태평양 품질관리·식품안전 총괄 이사(2017) 등 30년 가까운 기간 동안 글로벌 농산물 유통·검역·품질관리·마케팅 전 영역에서 풍부한 경험을 쌓았습니다.
특히 Global GAP, SQMS, GMP, 인권 감사(SWA) 등 국제적 품질·안전 인증과 감사 업무를 주도하며, 농산물 재배지·유통·소비 전 과정의 품질 표준 확립에 기여했습니다.

부산대학교 원예생명과학 박사 학위를 포함해 원예·경영학 석사, 국제무역 학사, UC 데이비스·퍼듀대·코넬대 등 해외 전문 교육을 이수한 그는, 학문적 기반과 현장 경험을 겸비한 전문가입니다. 
조 대표는 이제 Verita Global을 중심으로, 신뢰할 수 있는 품질과 윤리적 가치를 갖춘 글로벌 식품 안전·유통 표준 확립에 앞장서고 있습니다.
